A Scope of Work will be drawn up and discussions will continue as to the time line, which will be working on the job and how Design Works will oversee the job to completion. Full disclosure of the budget will be communicated and agreed upon. By this thorough process we have continued to ensure our clients their satisfaction and complete your project on time as long as the scope of service remains the same. All remodel jobs require an Overseer's fee as discussed in the initial in store complementary meeting.
